  • Prep

    Required Introductory Class

    Prep is the foundation of our Pilates program. This essential introductory session is where your journey begins! It’s how we ensure you experience the full benefits Pukka Pilates has to offer.

    At Pukka, we understand every body is different. Prep gives us the opportunity to truly get to know yours. We take the time to assess how you move, identify areas of strength and imbalance, and understand any limitations or goals you may have. This allows us to support you with individualized guidance from the very beginning.

    Pilates is more than just exercise, it’s intentional movement that demands focus, control and precision. By starting with Prep, we ensure each client can move forward with confidence.

  • Pulse

    Find Your Rhythm. Build Your Foundation

    Pulse is your first step into the full Pilates experience, where you begin learning the principles that will carry you through every level of your practice. In this class, the focus isn’t on how quickly you can move on, it’s on how deeply you can connect to your body.

    Pilates isn’t about rushing through levels or chasing complexity. It’s about learning to move with intention, precision, and control. In Pulse, you’ll develop a strong understanding of the Pilates principles such as breath, control and flow, and begin to experience how thoughtful, conscious movement creates real, lasting change.

    This is where you start to discover that Pilates doesn’t get easier, it gets smarter. As your body awareness improves, so does your ability to refine and intensify the same movements. With time, even the most basic exercises can become incredibly challenging because you’ve learned how to move with true connection and control.

  • Push

    Where Progress Meets Precision

    Push is where your Pilates practice begins to evolve. Building on the body awareness and foundational principles developed in Pulse, Push introduces more dynamic sequences, layered choreography and a deeper engagement of strength, control and coordination. The pace picks up, but the intention remains the same: move well, move with precision and challenge your body in a safe and progressive way.

    Push is designed to meet you at your edge and guide you just beyond it, helping you build resilience, stamina and confidence in your movement.

  • Peak

    Where Mastery Meets Movement

    represents the highest level of our Pilates system. A space for truly advanced movement that requires refined skill, full-body strength and deep body awareness. While this level is not yet offered at our studio, it’s a key part of our long-term vision. We see Peak as the destination for both clients and instructors who have invested in the process, developed strong foundations, and are ready to explore Pilates at its most integrated and powerful.

    At our studio, we believe in teaching only what we can deliver with excellence. Our instructors are still progressing in their own practice and professional development, and we are committed to offering only the levels we can teach safely, confidently and effectively. We’re excited to grow alongside our community, and we look forward to the day when Peak becomes a natural extension of the journey we’ve built together.

  • Core-Mates

    Partner Up, Power Up

    Core-Mates is where Pilates meets partner power! Grab your spouse, your sister, your bestie or that neighbor who’s always down for something fun, and get ready to laugh, move and maybe even compete a little.

    While the setting is light and silly, the workout is still the real deal. Expect to push your body while supporting your partner and collecting Pilates benefits. Core-Mates is about shared strength, connection, and showing up for each other! It’s proof that fitness is better together.
